Working with our Farmdeck app, our electric fence monitor provides near real-time monitoring and the ability to view the electric fences’ information at a glance:

  • Accurately and continuous reading and monitoring of the voltage on the fence;
  • Compatible with, and will monitor the fence voltage of any high voltage fence;
  • Provides an alert when there is a reduction in fence voltage, implying a fault;
  • Monitors sensor’s battery life and signal strength;
  • Monitors status of the electric fence (on/off).

With its weather and waterproof encloser, and the ability to be mounted in limitless ways with our custom built brackets, our electric fence monitor is suitable for electric fences in different environments and fence lengths.

Installation Process
  • Self-guided

  • The solution is installed by Farmdeck, and the team also adds the electric fence monitoring sensors to the customer’s Farmdeck account on the app. Our team is composed of wireless and networking engineers who can design and deploy the network required for your farm to do IoT. Alternatively, we can install Farmdeck on any network already available at your farm.

  • If required, provided in-person

  • We have technical staff on the ground to provide support for hardware set up and maintenance, software training and data interpretation. We also provide support by phone during normal working hours.
