MOVUS FitMachine is one of the world’s leading continuous condition monitoring solution that is designed and manufactured in Australia for the world’s industrial markets. Available for both non-hazardous and hazardous environments, FitMachine combines best-of-breed sensors, communications, and artificial intelligence into a low-cost platform, FitMachine provides 24/7 digital oversight across a wide range of fixed rotating assets.

The service is priced per unit per month, which includes the sensors and all software including (mobile app, dashboard, platform and AI). All data storage is Free, additional users are Free. All alerts and alarms via SMS or mobile are Free. Access to the data via API is also Free.

The solution is installed by the end user. The sensors are magnet attached and the installation is done via mobile app. This process takes less than 5 mins. The units can connect to a local WiFi (configured by mobile app) or an industrial cellular gateway is available separately.

The FitMachine sensors, mobile app, dashboards, platform and artificial intelligence are all upgraded regularly. We have a 2 week development cycle so improvement are consistently made. Customers can request and vote for new features as part of this process. No maintenance of sensors or gateways are required. If the units are faulty, we will replace them at no cost.
