myinsight.io is a fully customised, complete end-to-end IoT ecosystem that connects people, ‘things’ and the internet by deploying wireless access networks across your property.

myinsight.io includes the ability to integrate with existing assets, is visible on a single cloud or on premises dashboard, and combines live and historical information and data with analytics, machine control, event logging and alerts via SMS and email.

The myinsight.io connectivity module has been developed and designed entirely in-house by the Powertec IoT division. The module allows connection to virtually any sensor and utilises NB-IoT (4G), LoRaWAN, WiFi and Bluetooth to present the data to our Microsoft Azure hosted Dashboard. Live and historical data and analytics with machine control are all part of the solution.

Pricing Model

Myinsight.io is fully customised and pricing is determined based on final design. Our IoT engineers engage with our end users to provide the best solution incorporating network design, sensors and applications required, SLA and Dashboard access. Maintenance and Dashboard access as well as data storage is an annual fee.

Installation Process

Myinsight.io deployments are typically project managed through the Powertec team and are installed by contractors or authorised resellers through our partner channel. Farmers and producers are also encouraged to assist with the installation where possible.

Ongoing Maintenance Required and Support Provided in Australia

We have authorised resellers across Australia and New Zealand who are trained in the installation and maintenance of the solution. Powertec provide user training, level 1, 2 and 3 technical phone and email support with SLA’s as well as continued product development.
