MyOrigins

Licensing is agreed per industry supply chain with chosen funding / investment partners. It will be based upon numbers of users, the features and functionality offered. An ongoing maintenance and support component is built into the licensing arrangement to ensure proper support and currency is maintained. As it is an open API based platform additional work from time to time will require to be specified for further supply chain data integration.

The MyOrigins Platform is an industry Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform available for mobile and desktop use according to organisational position within the supply chain. As such, access to the platform is licensed once localisation or additional development is completed for the respective industry vertical. The mobile data collection device is also able to be customised towards the respective industry requirements and standards to be certified against.

A regular release schedule of additional new functionality is available on a periodic basis. It is built to function through simple browser access via common operating systems. Functionality is profiled according to the roles and responsibilities of the user within the chosen supply chain. Support is provided via email and an online ticketing system. No additional hardware or maintenance is required for end users. Training is available on demand online.

The Customer owns all their data and has complete autonomy to choose if/when/how to provide access to third parties
