Water Level Monitoring

Hardware is priced per unit and requires a seperate monthly subscription payment relative to the size of their portfolio which pays for the access to the data from their system. There are no additional costs involved in adding more users to the one portfolio.

This product can be easily installed by the customer in 15 minutes or less.

Observant has a dealer network as well as multiple support pathways such as email, phone, chat and helpdesk. Customers can call their dealer for sales and arranging on site maintenance, we also have friendly support staff ready to take any phone calls during normal working hours.

All data that the user creates, uploads or generates is owned by them to access any time. We have an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use such Data for the purposes of (a) managing the data on your behalf, and (b) sharing the data only with parties you have specifically authorised Us to share the data with.
