The solution is installed by the customer and can take just 15 minutes to install. There is also the option for customers to use our support pathways and their dealer for installation assistance.

The weather stations and rain gauges we support are self cleaning to a certain extent but we suggest that they be checked and maintained regularly so that the collected data is as accurate as possible.

All data that the user creates, uploads or generates is owned by them to access any time. We have an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use such Data for the purposes of (a) managing the data on your behalf, and (b) sharing the data only with parties you have specifically authorised Us to share the data with.
