With technical changes to some mobile phone operating systems, you are now able to make Telstra and Optus calls over the Wi-Fi service (VoWiFi). The phone acts like a it’s a normal call connected to the carrier network, but it uses the Wi-Fi connection instead. Quality Wi-Fi, coupled with a reliable internet connection, like AgriConnect, and a compatible mobile phone, can eliminate the black spots you may experience.

The installation pricing is based on the solution design and the equipment used. In addition to install fee, monthly service fees may apply depending on services required.

The solution is installed by MarchNet technical staff in cooperation with the farmer/producer and local contractors when needed around Australia.

Clients of MarchNet own all of the data they transmit that traverses the carrier network. MarchNet provides raw data services to clients unless otherwise agreed (Firewall protection).

MarchNet does not intercept traffic unless required to under law with a valid request by law enforcement. MarchNet stores the minimum amount of metadata required to be held under law governed by the ACMA. MarchNet never resells or uses this metadata except for legal requirements and to improve the quality of the service.
