The Client grants Aglytica access to the Data, for the purpose of the Client’s inclusion in the Aglytica Profit Series and associated publications (the “Purpose”).

Description of Data. “Data” includes the Client’s detailed farm financial and production information, provided through the Aglytica online portal.

License Grant to Use Data. The Client hereby grants to Aglytica a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access, copy, and use the Data, to produce The Aglytica Profit Series and associated publications (in anonymised and aggregated form)
