Any subsequent processing and analysis of data is retained by CropScanAg and can be provided to the grower for a subscription to the N-GAUGE App. CropScanAg is committed to maintain the original and processed data confidential between the two parties. CropScanAg will not on sell the data to any third party unless approved by the grower.
